Start with the process. Agree on the build.
We map your business process on a free discovery call. Within 2 business days you get a written offer with fixed scope and price.
-
Discovery call
Walk through a task as it happens today.
Start with what kicks off the work. Show us where the information goes and what someone does by hand.
Include the awkward cases. A request arrives without an address. A customer moves an appointment. A quote needs a manager's sign-off.
- Your part
- Bring someone who knows the process. A made-up or redacted example works fine and keeps sensitive records out of the conversation.
- Call attendees
- Nemanja, Lazar or both.
- Call length
- 30 minutes.
- Recording
- We don't record the call unless you agree. Our notes stay out of AI tools unless you agree.
-
Written offer
Get a fixed scope and price in writing.
The offer arrives within 2 business days of the call and is based on what we learned there.
- Offer details
- Scope, price, schedule, what we need from you and how we sign off on the finished work.
- Project schedule
- Part of the offer. It holds as long as access and feedback from your side arrive on time.
- Running costs
- The expected monthly cost of subscriptions and AI usage, which you pay directly to each provider.
- Approval to start
- You accept the offer, and we start the build.
- Integrations
- Access and limits are checked before the offer, so the price never assumes a connection that can't be built.
-
Build and review
Check the build against the work it needs to do.
The build has to handle ordinary requests and the exceptions.
- Review examples
- An incomplete intake form. A repeated submission. A wrong draft. A connected tool that doesn't respond.
- Your part
- Send real or redacted examples for testing, give us access to the tools involved and check the build against your cases.
- Lenvast's part
- We build to the agreed scope, test the normal cases and the exceptions, and fix what fails before you sign off.
- Scope changes
- Anything outside the agreed scope gets quoted in writing before we build it.
-
Launch and support
Know who handles the next issue.
- Launch
- We go live once you sign off. Internal data moves run on their own only after they pass testing, and the manual way of doing the work stays available.
- Training
- A recorded walkthrough plus written instructions for the people who will use it.
- Support
- An optional monthly plan, quoted in your offer.
- Future changes
- New features are scoped and priced separately.
-
Handover and exit
Ownership is settled before the build.
- Custom work
- You own the custom code we write for you.
- Other software
- Third-party software, AI models and our reusable building blocks are licensed to you rather than transferred.
- Accounts and data
- Set up in your name from day one. Your data stays yours.
- Leaving Lenvast
- Full handover of code, data and accounts. There is no exit fee.
Questions about the process
Pick a process you can explain from start to finish. Note the tools involved and where someone has to step in.
No. Explain the task in your own words. Mapping the process is our job on the call.
The written offer includes a schedule. Timing depends on the scope and on how quickly we get access and feedback.
We quote the change in writing first. Nothing outside the agreed scope gets built without your approval.
No. The build price covers the build, the training and the handover. Support is an optional monthly plan, quoted in the offer.
Start with one process you know well.
On the free call we work out what happens today and what you want to change.
